Becoming an official iPROCESS Franchisee is a structured and legally compliant process designed to empower you with a legitimate business model and ongoing support.
Steps to Franchise:
Initial Inquiry: Express your interest to an accredited iPROCESS Business Development Officer (BDO).
Document Submission:
Valid government-issued ID
Proof of payment (franchise or activation fee)
Barangay Clearance or Business Permit
Execution of Franchise Management Agreement (FMA):
This legal document outlines the scope of your authority, income-sharing model, responsibilities, and non-compete clause.
Signed by both the Franchisee and an authorized iPROCESS Administrator or President.
Document Filing:
Two original signed copies are submitted.
A digital scan is uploaded to the official Franchise Admin folder.
Once approved, you will receive onboarding support, branding materials, and be assigned to a support group for real-time guidance.
Investment requirements vary depending on the type of service or business model you wish to engage in under the iPROCESS platform.
Typical Costs:
Franchise Package: Requires a one-time activation or franchise fee (amount disclosed during consultation).
MicroFinance:
₱6,800 onboarding fee.
Linked bank account for fund settlements is required.
(Bills Payment Center):
Activation fee depending on package you want to acquire. Package starts at Php 150, 000.
No monthly quota; earn per transaction.
All packages include access to training, technical support, and branded materials. iPROCESS provides flexible payment options and guidance throughout the application.
iPROCESS offers a fast-track yet compliant onboarding process for merchants looking to provide services like bills payment, ATM withdrawals, mobile top-ups, and card payment acceptance.
📝 Merchant Registration Process:
Consultation: Contact a BDO or fill out a merchant inquiry form or you may fill out an application form on our official website, www.iprocessph.com under “MERCHANT APPLICATION” tab.
Required Documents:
2 Valid IDs
Selfie with your store and visible signage
Photo of your storefront
Business Permit or Barangay Certification
Signed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and Onboarding Form
Submission:
Send scanned or photographed documents to onboarding@iprocessph.com
Your BDO will upload documents to iPROCESS’ secured file system.
Approval & Activation:
Expect confirmation within 3–5 working days.
Training materials or POS devices will be provided (if applicable).
You’ll be added to a support group for operational guidance and updates.
Merchants may offer services such as Bills Payment Center, MPOs, and MicroFinance business systems upon activation.
